Natalie started her career in commodities finance, helping energy companies in E&P, oil, natural gas, and power manage risk and navigate complex markets.

She moved into retail strategy, launching the wearables category at Amazon and supporting Nordstrom’s marketing transformation, before joining a SaaS startup, where she spent the past eight years growing its services team from a handful of people to more than 100 across three continents. Along the way, she helped the company maintain strong margins and consistent double-digit revenue growth.

Through these experiences, Natalie discovered her passion for building and scaling businesses through operational excellence, strong teams, and thoughtful financial management. She’s now excited to apply that passion by leading a company into its next stage of growth.

When she’s not working, you can find Natalie outside with her husband and two kids, on family walks, at kids’ activities, or discovering new restaurants together.
